1 mar 2024 · I have Epson WF-7840 with scanner and have a lot of trouble with the Epson Scan2 software. Works one time and won't work the next. Windows Fax and Scan has worked without fail so far and I need it for my new computer. I'm tired of playing with Epson software!

For this, you can refer to the following steps to enable Windows Fax feature in Windows 11. Navigate to the Windows 11 Settings > Applications > Optional Features page.

28 paź 2023 · What happened to Windows fax and scan? Ive tried Control Panel->Windows features->Print and Document services but there is no Fax and Scan. Ahha found it. Settings->Apps->Optional Features->Add Optional Feature->View Features. and WIndows fax and scan appears. What a pain
18 kwi 2024 · I have been seeing on new Windows 11 devices that I am deploying that Windows Fax and Scan is not included in the optional features. I have run through countless forums trying all the things I see and no luck. It is not in Optional Features under Print and Document Services.
3 kwi 2023 · After the upgrade to Windows 11, Windows Fax and scan tries to print instead of fax. After htting the send button within the new fax window it brings up the printer menu. Then cancelling the print, this message appears. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Fax multipled times. Fax is listed as a printer. Diag from windows 11
21 lip 2016 · Windows Fax and Scan - You can find it in Start > All Apps > Windows Accessories. This program will only let you scan in image formats, so no .PDF format. Windows Scan - You can find it in the Windows Store. Here is a link to the app on the online store.
9 sty 2020 · It could be possible that the Epson Fax Utility is not installed properly, you may want to try installing it from the manufacturer’s website Epson WorkForce WF-2760. If you want to install Windows Fax and Scan, you can refer the steps mentioned below: Press Windows Logo key + R, to open Run dialog box. Type optionalfeatures and click on OK.
24 sty 2024 · You can launch the Windows Fax and Scan app. First, select the inbox under Fax, then go to Tools > Fax Settings > Advanced Tab. Click on "Move folder", from here you can choose a different folder or create new folder. Save the change and close this Settings window.
15 wrz 2015 · Somebody submitted a guid that if it wasn't in Russian it would probably be helpful. But what would be better is if instead of MS releasing an OS and us forever modifying bios entries to make it work properly you could just roll out an OS that works. Please forward the request to just re-instate picture and fax viewer in the next update cheers.
