9 sty 2024 · What happens if/when you fail your 1-hour glucose screening? There are two options. For most people, they will recommend the 3-hour oral glucose tolerance test (sometimes called glucose screening test, or a glucose challenge test or OGTT). We’ll talk more about that in a bit.
