28 lip 2020 · Evinrude G2 250 problems (hopefully fixed) I have a 2019 250 G2 with 20 hrs and Lowrance electronics. Since install I will always get “waiting on neutral” pop up on locator then go away after putting in neutral.
I do know multiple people who use this dealership with thier evinrudes that have major, repetative issues but they all have G1's. A friend keeps his boat w a single G2 at this marina and has had no issues.
14 paź 2020 · Ok i have a 2016 g2 250 hp. Model #E250LHOAGA. My problem is the motor starts up great but once i get going down the river for a minute or 2, the motor shuts off completely and throws 2 codes, 114 and 115. Something about network communication problems.
11 lis 2022 · I Have a Phoenix 618 with a Evenrude G2 175HP engine. On July 9,2022 during a tournament, my engine went into fault mode. (Bla, Bla, Bla,... immediate service required.)
I’m on my 3rd pair of G2s on a 33 Dusky. Unbelievable torque and fuel economy. They completely transformed the heavy Dusky hull. Yes there have been minor sensor related issues and a lower unit failure along the way, but all replaced quickly and without question under a comprehensive 5 yr warranty.
