19 lip 2019 · Yeah even after the library "upgrade" it's still hot garbage. I wouldn't mind using the app so much since we have to use it to play the games anyway but it's sooooo fucking sloooooow. Takes like a minute just to load up. Then you try to browse your games and if you want to see the description you have to click on the 3 dots and click 'go to store'.
16 wrz 2021 · I remember being a kid and borrowing physical ps2 and xbox games from friends. But as a pc gamer I never ask to borrow games. Different mindset. Maybe consoles are trying to keep their tradition going with their version of game share. So don't feel bad that epic doesn't have the feat. Neither does origin or uplay.

9 gru 2021 · Assuming it does a verification with your Epic Games account, why can't they get this to happen automatically? The text "Game library sync - Not supported" next to Epic Games is so damn confusing. It left me with the impression that it was not a compatible store with GeForce Now.
25 maj 2024 · Your personal library should be one of the most important sub-pages on the webpage. Instead it doesn't even exist. "Show me my games, please" "OK, you have to do a workaround and click some counter-intuitive menus to get a flat list with no links to the store pages nor any other info about the games other than the names. You're welcome!"
And every time you add a new game to your library, you need to fish for it in the full list of your games, if you want to categorize it. Also, you better do it right away, because if you forgot which games you've lately bought but haven't added to the collection, there's no way of telling other than checking every game manually because fuck you.
2023 still same bug. i have only 1 game installed with autoupdate ON. No any updates and still blue dot. all 203 games checked and found Unreal Tournament which is removed from epic but still in Library so it might be the case. But unfortunately it can not be deleted from lib so i can not check if it is the case.

15 sie 2021 · The tool will look for epic game shortcuts on the desktop It will parse the steam "shortcuts" file which has information about the "non-steam games" If it finds that a shortcut on the desktop is missing it will add it to the shortcuts file It will then look for art at steamgriddb.com using the epic id from the shortcut
10 kwi 2022 · If you have games across multiple libraries it is a must in my opinion. I use it for Epic along with every other launcher on my PC. The customization options are fantastic and it's simply a launcher with no bullshit. I tried GoG but it wasn't able to pull me away from Playnite.
