Do Glademist cave and final fighter's guild quests, do Boethias shrine quest. Go into the sewers with Baurus (main quest) or paradise (main quest) for a mundane ring. If you hold off on seeing the Night Mother (Dark Brotherhood) until you skill are maxed so her blessing points will go on top of 100.
