14 lip 2023 · I'm trying to update my DD93 in IPPS-A, but in order to sign it I'm getting a prompt saying I need to log in via CAC using EAMS-A... But, I'm automagically being redirected to DS Login. There's no option/opportunity to log in via EAMS-A. Anyone have any insight? Thanks!

I have tried calling AESD but I cannot get an answer, called over multiple days, always and forever on hold. I know my machine and CAC reader can access ACT, I had a coworker get onto his account.

18 mar 2023 · You need to call the EAMS-A help desk and submit a ticket. According to the folks I spoke with the system thinks I have two accounts and automatically rejects me with a "multiple users logged in" message. They're not sure how or why it happened but it'll take a few days to fix. Reply reply. CarysOfAstora.
