A while ago my sister gave me her origin account so I could play sims 4 however she only has the base game and it’s pretty much empty without any DLC’s. I don’t personally want to pay a lot of money for all the dlcs so is there a way I can download them safely for free without bombarding her work ...
15 lip 2023 · Hi, I know this is from a long time ago but I'm having some problems. I have downloaded Sims 4 from Steam and it launches with EA. I downloaded the DLC unlockers to the T using a youtube video as my guide and all is well. But every time I right-click on the sims 4 short cut on my laptop screen, I can't open the sims 4 game file location.
9 sty 2024 · So for DLC Unlocker - run the setup script and uninstall it. If you used my repack or Sims 4 Updater to add the DLCs - there should be a DLC uninstaller in your game folder. Use it to remove the pirated DLCs. Then you can delete my tools if they are there (language changer, dlc toggler and dlc uninstaller, together with the dlc.ini file).
19 maj 2023 · So i went back & put the dlcs on the sims 4 contents folder like i clicked on the app to show me the folders content & put them there & it still says download to use & can’t remember what i did the first time that i got it to work, i has everything but i had to unistall the sims because it was glitching to much & i couldn’t figure out what it was so then it all went to hell, because now i ...
28 lip 2021 · I followed the 4 step instructions to download the packs into my sims 4 game, only I'm not sure if it actually worked. When I'm at the main menu for the sims 4, it says I have all the packs, but when I go to create a sim or choose a world, I don't have any new content.
6 kwi 2021 · "Download to use" - you put them in the wrong place. Either wrong The Sims 4 Packs folder or you put them in subfolders. The instructions right under the DLC only links tell you what to do. "Owned" - if you see that then the Unlocker worked and the DLC files are in the right place. So if you still don't see the DLC items it could be bad mods/cache.
I made Origin DLC Unlocker, it can be found on CS RIN forum. So far I tested it with The Sims 4 and it works great. Now I want to test it with other games too but I need your help. Edit: I renamed it to "(Origin) DLC Unlocker for The Sims 4 & SimCity", if you want to help or want to use it check out the thread on CS RIN forum.
24 mar 2023 · Then download all the packs ect you want on the updater, (this can take a while lol) Make sure the folder you click is on your C drive, not in your documents or it won't do anything ( learnt that the hard way) then just use the unlocker (it's a .bat file so you'll need admin rights) . Then you're good to go :),
26 mar 2023 · Also I forgot to mention but this might be your problem: make sure you downloaded all the DLC files! They will download as folders labelled EP, GP, SP, or FP and then a 2-digit number. Those go in your Sims 4 folder in Program Files, NOT the one in Documents – they should be next to the “Game” folder. THEN run the DLC unlocker.
29 lis 2023 · Sims 4 EA DLC UNLOCKER. So I got the dlc unlocker for sims 4, followed all of the rules, and then downloaded the packs that I wanted. I unzipped and then moved the packs into my sims 4 game folder. A few of the kits worked. A few of the stuff packs worked. And one expansion pack worked. What should I do?
