19 maj 2022 · Also when it finally shipped DHL told me it had arrived at their main location which was an hour away from my house, turns out it was only 5 minutes away at a different location near me. So if it says it's received at their main local sorting facility depot on the tracking website, it's most likely wrong.
I see a lot of people out there struggling to actually speak to a human at DHL. For those who are curious just call the number, wait until after the Spanish part and then say "speak to a representative" while the voice goes over the various options. It will then ask if this is about tracking a package.
24 gru 2022 · Im in the EXACT same position except 17track dosen't recognize my ten digit no letters "DHL" tracking number either and it's still "awaiting shipment from seller" on Cainaio. The seller has marked as shipped on AliExpress. After contacting Aliexpress as far as they are concerned it has shipped. It's a scam. Made up or used tracking numbers.
They said my package was in Milwaukee, WI (near my city in WI) and that it would be delivered the next day if I paid the customs. Their online tracking showed the package as being in Milwaukee. Great. I paid the customs of $59.50. No follow up from DHL, but I did get an email confirming payment, with a link to track the package. Fast forward to ...

7 gru 2021 · I didn't click on any of the links, but after digging, just DHL . com is legit and the tracking number checks out on that site. Only thing I can think of that it might be is a custom knife I ordered back in Sept (with a 4 month estimate until delivery). But it was from Canada. The tracking number shows this is from the UK.
