Deerclops drops are much worse than both the bosses on tier (Queen Bee and Skeletron). Beating Deerclops preboss only really covers you until midprehardmode No, Lucy is the melee drop.

24 wrz 2023 · Would be difficult to no-hit deerclops while also trying to focus on whip damage, I suggest bee armor as well as getting the old one's army accessory to replace feral claws. You can hold a melee weapon and get the sharpening stone buff to get 12 armor penetration (you don't need to deal damage with the melee weapon, just holding it will give all your minions and sentries the armor pen).

24 lut 2024 · I think Deerclops fits fine right next to Queen Bee as a Pre-Skeletron boss. Spoiler: My changes to the stats would be: 60-70 (melee) - I don't think the melee damage needs a big buff, since it isn't necessarily the primary way Deerclops wants to damage you. 100 (Ice Spike) - absolutely needs a buff, it just doesn't do nearly enough damage.

7 lis 2023 · I do genuinely really like Deerclops without the shadow hands, but the attack completely ruins the fight and I'd consider it the single worst attack in the entire game.
