Greed's Gullet is a passive item that grants extra health for every 25 coins Isaac has. It interacts with Deep Pockets, which allows Keeper to bypass the 12 heart container limit and gain more health with HP ups.
Keeper is a secret character in Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, unlocked by donating 1000 coins. Keeper uses coins as health and has a triple shot, but cannot have more than 12 coin hearts.
