Zespół Da Costy (ang. Da Costa’s syndrome) – zespół chorobowy, na który składa się kłujący ból w klatce piersiowej, uczucie niepokoju i zmęczenia, kołatanie serca, duszność, zawroty głowy, hiperwentylacja, parestezje kończyn.
