Does MF effect your chances of finding high runes? You need 174% magic find to speed up the magic find animation from 10 frames to 9 frames.
ALL of WSK is ALVL 85, so clearing it while you run there is MF'ing on 2 levels + Throne. Baal Waves have champion-ish drop rates though, but can still potentially drop some good stuff. Baal...
