26 wrz 2023 · I recommend to do it after your Australia trip. My processing took almost 1 month. May kasabay ako sa center who had to rebook their flights. Sometimes they’ll oblige your request if you email them. But there’s no guarantee. For peace of mind, just do it as soon as you get back from Australia.
18 lut 2024 · Waiting time to get immigrant visa interview schedule here in Manila. 🇺🇸 USA. Got our status "documentarily complete" with the NVC last November pa and until now haven't heard anything about the interview schedule.. Just want to know of gaano katagal bago kayo tinawagan for an interview schedule. Thanks.
23 sty 2024 · if from Manila, go to Avenida Terminal Doroteo Jose (pwede ka mag LRT para makarating ng Doroteo Jose then pagbaba mo, marami ka nang makikitang buses dun so you’ll know right away na nandun yung terminal) then look for Genesis Bus color blue white gold to if i’m not mistaken going to SM San Fernando Pampanga. from SM San Fernando, mag footbridge ka nalang papuntang Robinson’s Starmills.

24 paź 2023 · It takes longer than 2 to 4 weeks- especially if any complicating factors exist. SSA will give backpay when it is processed though. Your claim is going to take a while if you are in a foreign country because a regular field office can't touch that application it has to go through the office of international operations.

5 gru 2022 · Anyone care to share recent timeline of visit visas being issued by vfs manila? for context i have a current valid visa, used it to travel last Aug and it’s valid until early February. I have to go back to UK by early march (unfortunately extending my current visa would cost more than applying for a new one lol) and so i have to renew my visa.

It is a common practice STILL though that if the market value is 5M. and the BIR zonal value is 4M. you would declare it at 4M to minimize the tax. So what usually happens is that the BIR zonal value becomes the minimum asking price of the seller.
