I suggest you try updating your information on billing.microsoft.com before trying to add the card. You could also check with your bank in case there is an issue there. 14 sie 2013 · I have no issues going to viooz.co and streaming content from it. you just need to have your tablet up to date, as the capabilities of the device have changed over time and you need the updates. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. When trying to stream video online it just simply doesn't work on this Surface RT.
29 wrz 2010 · I don't know why this works for opening desktop applications, but this change stopped the annoying Open File Warning Message every time I opened applications on my Win7 computer. Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > "Launching applications and unsafe files (not secure)" > Enable. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.
25 kwi 2016 · I suggest you to check the status of the issue on in Private mode. Open an Edge window, press Shift+ Ctrl + P to open a new window in, in Private mode. Further you may try turning off the Smart Screen filter and check if it helps to resolve the issue. Refer the below steps to turn on the Smart screen filter off. Steps:-.

If that's the case then go to Edge Settings > Site permissions > Cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data. Search the website then click the bin icon to remove and check if the issue is fixed. I hope this helps.
