The City of Lathrop Finance Department is now utilizing The Lathrop Civic Access Portal (LCAP) as a all-in-one electronic solution to Business Licensing. A Business License is Required of All Home-Based and Commercial Businesses, Mobile Food Vendors, and Solicitors.

For licenses to conduct business in incorporated cities within San Joaquin County, please contact the city. Links to the cities' business license web pages are provided at the bottom of this page.
