The Children's Museum of Wilmington is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in downtown Wilmington, NC. We offer a safe and engaging environment and outreach where children can actively learn through hands-on, creative, and imaginative play for ages 0-10.
Children are encouraged to experiment with different materials as they create imaginative masterpieces. Try your hand at painting, sculpting, drawing, weaving, and more. The Art room features the Lawson Learning Center which incorporates reading and childhood literacy with a dedicated reading area and a play area.
Community members must purchase tickets in person. Please call for ticket availability prior to visiting at 910-254-3534. If you have a library pass, guest pass, or valid coupon, you are able to present the pass during check-in at our Front Desk on non-event days.
