You can schedule an in-person Marriage Ceremony through Project Cupid website at nyc.gov/cupid. Virtual marriage ceremonies are no longer available. You, your prospective spouse, and witness should arrive between 8:30 AM and 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday.
A Marriage License is required to get married in New York State. You can make an appointment to apply at any borough office. Marriage Licenses are usually valid for 60 days.

Beginning on July 19, 2021, you can schedule an in-person appointment for a marriage license or marriage ceremony at the Manhattan office by going to our website www.cityclerk.nyc.gov. The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island offices will reopen in the coming weeks.
