7 maj 2016 · Yawn/stress! Hey yall! We adopted a boxer/pit bull mix about 3 months ago and he's really turned out great. He was all skin and bones when we first got him and now hes up to a healthy weight at around 71lbs. He was also very shy and quiet at first (understandable for a rescue) but he warmed up to us quickly.

He does pretty good on the leash overall but when he sees other dogs he barks and lunges. The trainer suggested he use this gentle leader which he hated putting it on. But hasn't gotten used to it a little.
24 mar 2008 · Well, living in Hawaii I'm afraid I can't give you a great winter temp range. However, even with the temp here being so moderate, Eddie has a hard time in the mid-day sun which reaches about 85. He is good for about 10 minutes in the backyard before scratching at the door wanting more water.

The boxer is a medium breed dog and north american lines males should only weigh around 60-70lbs. Some lines in europe do run heavier. Unfortunately from your pictures your dog looks to be obese.
