This is a place where you can get a quiet, luxurious French breakfast that's prepared well. It's Thomas Keller's french bistro concept that he imported into Vegas from Napa. My favorite items are their Moules au Safran (Saffron Mussels in white wine sauce with fries), their croque madame, and their crab benedict.
