15 sty 2022 · For some reason whenever I open my default camera app on my laptop Windows 11, it shows a grainy black screen. this has caused me to be unable to use apps that require the camera, such as Zoom. It was working fine a week ago, and now this suddenly happens. I haven’t dropped the laptop, nothing has changed.

27 mar 2016 · Since upgrading to windows 10 I am unable to view my photos, I can see a thumbnail, but the photos wont open to view them. I get a black blank screen for a few seconds then its goes away. I have tried both options listed to solve this problem with no luck in my results.

I have re-installed, still does it, and it is sporadic .. not clear if its associated w/ file size, type, or whatever. The app opens with a black screen (I have dark mode on). I have to close and reopen image then comes up. Files on are on desktop.
