The Sioux City Journal (hereinafter referred to as "the newspaper") reserves the right to update and change these rules from time to time. The newspaper provides the auction-style online marketplace as a venue for sellers to advertise and promote items for you to bid on.
You must register to participate in the online marketplace so that the Bidder Trust Committee can contact you at the close of bidding if you are a winning bidder, collect payment of your bid, and issue a certificate for collecting the item you bid on and won.
