17 sty 2021 · Poor quality mattress. I bought a Beautyrest mattress online. After 1.5 years the mattress had developed a big dip in the middle. I am 5' 10" tall and 130 pounds, so I am far from heavy or overweight. Their products are poor and they do not stand behind them. I am very disappointed and do not recommend buying their products.

I tried a BeautyRest Black for my master bedroom and it was horrible. It wasn't comfortable, and had a 1.5" body impression in under 60 days, so it got returned. Ironic that the 480 dollar (it was on sale) mattress with a latex topper was FAR more comfortable than a 2000 dollar mattress.
