13 maj 2021 · Nope, in order to write the @ symbol it is not using Ctrl + 2 but Alt Gr + 2. I use the computer in English and the Keyboard is an Spanish one. Actually I do not understand computer jargon in Spanish but I need to read/write en English, Spanish and German. That's why I use Windows in English and an Spanish keyboard for accents, umlauts and so on.
Open the Control Panel - Language. Click Options on the right hand side of your current language. If the @ symbol on your keyboard is above the 2, you have a US English Keyboard. If the " symbol on your keyboard is above the 2, you have a UK English Keyboard. In options if the appropriate language does not appear, click 'Add input Method'.
20 cze 2021 · There's a shortcut for switching between the two layouts: Windows Logo + Spacebar. I would imagine that at some point you are typing that keystroke, perhaps by mistake, and it switches to the other keyboard layout. If you want to remove the incorrect keyboard layout so that switching isn't possible in the first place, do this: 1) Open Settings ...
16 gru 2011 · I need the symbol for number which is shown on the key for the numerical "3". The place to look would be in the Control Panel's Regional and Language options. Click Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language options. Make sure the language setting is for English (United States). I hope this helps.
I have a macbook pro model 2,2 I found a way to map the 3rd symbol easily. In ubuntu 12.04, in system setting -> keyboard configuration, choose options, there is a option called 3rd level (in spanish Tecla para seleccionar el 3er nivel), I chose the numeric intro that is the right key beside the right mac cmd key, and there you have it presing that key plus 2 I get the at symbol.

Right click your Start Button, choose Powershell (admin) Run this command and then hit Enter: $1 = New-WinUserLanguageList en-GB. Then run this command and hit Enter. Set-WinUserLanguageList $1.
