Gary Tharaldson. Hall of Fame Information. Gary has dedicated much of his life to supporting ASA Softball as a sponsor for not just one or two divisions but across the whole spectrum of ASA Softball. He was a sponsor for 38 years of the Men’s A, B and C Slow Pitch Divisions and supported five different levels of senior ball for a total of 24 years.
Hall of Fame Members. Each year, the National Softball Hall of Fame inducts members in numerous categories based on their accomplishments or contributions to the game of softball. Each Induction Ceremony is held at the USA Softball Annual Council Meeting.
11 lis 2018 · Established in 1957 by the Amateur Softball Association (ASA), the National Softball Hall of Fame and Museum is a permanent shrine to the men and women who played the game so well. The present facility was officially dedicated May 26, 1973 and has since had two additions.
26 lip 2017 · Game-4; Advanced/Mountain Top (Texarkana, TX) came back from an 0-2 deficit to win game four in just five innings, 31-19, over W.W. Gay/Aubrey’s (Gainesville, FL) to force a fifth and deciding game in the best of five series. Advanced outscored W.W. Gay 21-9 in the first three innings to distance itself in the contest.
1975 / ASA / ASA Men's Open Slow Pitch. November 11, 2018. 1975 held at Cleveland, Ohio. Champion – Pyramid Cafe, Lakewood, Ohio. Runner Up – Poindexter Lumber, Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Pyramid Cafe became the first team from Cleveland to win the coveted ASA Slow Pitch National Championship.
