The archdiocese operated 110 parishes and missions staffed by 126 diocesan priests, 139 permanent deacons, 56 religious institute priests, nine extern priests, 42 religious brothers, and 380 religious sisters. The archdiocese had 48 Catholic elementary and high schools serving more than 18,000 students.

A subdivision of a diocese, consisting of a number parishes, over which presides a dean appointed by a bishop. The duty of the dean is to watch over the clergy of the deanery, to see that they fulfill the orders of the bishop, and observe the liturgical and canon laws.
