After online check-in, please obtain your boarding pass at least 60 minutes before your flight departs. You can do this using a self-service check-in machine (at certain airports) or at a baggage drop counter.
Available from 24 hours until 75 minutes prior to the departure time for ANA international flights, or from 24 hours until 20 minutes prior to the departure time for Japan domestic flights.
For boarding procedures for international flights, you can either check in online in advance, or check in at the airport at a counter or using a self-service check-in machine.
anaグループ運航の国際線から同日の日本国内線へ乗り継ぐ場合は、国際線の出発24時間前より、日本国内線区間も含めたオンラインチェックインが可能です。また、チェックイン受付可能な他社運航区間へ乗り継ぐ場合も同時に手続きが可能です。
Why can't I view seat availability, request my seat, complete online check-in, etc., from the ANA app?
A check-in notification email (with boarding pass) will be sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Please bring this boarding pass with you to the airport. Even if advance registration for Auto check-in is not made in time, you can complete the check-in process through ANA website.
