This theater was the AMC Theatres flagship San Francisco multiplex when it opened in 1998. It resides in a former Cadillac dealership and has a classical lobby with a wood carved ceiling. The beautifully preserved facade still has its original statues and carvings.

The AMC building is really beautiful very high to the ceiling and spacious. The theatre seats are not nearly as good as the ones in AMC Metreon.
