28 lip 2017 · I have recently found that when I try and open a PDF file in an adobe Acrobat reader DC the file opens and then immediately closes thus not allowing me to read print etc. I have tried re installing adobe but the this has failed. Can anybody help me resolve this problem please. I am running windows 7
28 paź 2022 · This information might help. To install Adobe Reader using MSI files, you need to download offline installer for Adobe reader from here Adobe Reader Enterprise. After Downloading, unzip de exe file with 7zip or WinRAR. Inside of folder, you will also find the msi file.
3 sty 2018 · 3- If that doesn't resolve the issue, try removing Reader using cleaner tool which you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , reboot the machine, install Reader DC from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution. Reboot the machine and try printing again.

13 sty 2017 · Adobe Reader DC also has an .msp and a .ini file that control some things. Basically, setup.exe calls AcroRead.msi, and then the .msp file updates it to the most current version. The .ini file is what calls out which .msi and .msp setup.exe uses.

What you could try is download the installer package, un-zip it, delete the update .msp file, then install.
