22 maj 2023 · Zestaw Tunguska powstał w ścisłej współpracy z wieloma przedsiębiorstwami przemysłu obronnego ZSRR. Prace rozpoczęto po uchwale KC KPZR i Rady Ministrów ZSRR z dnia 8 czerwca 1970 roku.
