Sometimes when you don't use your Zune for a long time, the battery can drain on its own. Try plugging the Zune in to your computer or an AC adapter. If it comes on and starts charging, you're done.

Hello all, I finally discovered how to get the Zune HD to work on Windows 10 build 10162! First you need to install the Zune software, in the installation folder you'll find a folder named Drivers - just plug in the Zune HD and using the Device Manager install the driver using that folder.
25 kwi 2020 · I tried looking online for fixes and found the offline Zune installer since the software is no longer supported by Microsoft and it can't contact the Microsoft Zune page anymore. A lot of people said this worked for them but I still keep getting errors.
