I'm starting to use MyFitnessPal again to track my calories and lose some weight. I'm interested in trying calorie cycling where my calorie goal for each day of the week will be different. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this with MyFitnessPal or with any other calorie-tracking apps?
I based my plan on my expectation of working out 3 times per week. Doesn't matter what days. It got me out of the mindset of trying to exercise in order to "earn" food.
