Yukong - Yukong's talent allows her to have an enhanced basic attack equal to 60 weakness break, after using her skill. Yukong's ultimate isn't used on an ally, so But The Battle Isn't Over would be her second BiS, in my opinion, as she cannot proc that aspect of it's passive.
