Fix: Enable driver level vertical sync and triple buffering (in your GeForce control panel or similar). Change your in game setting to use windowed mode in your desired resolution. In your DSFix config file, enable borderless full screen. After using the above adjustments, I no longer have any screen tearing or stuttering.
