If you still REALLY want to buy some YRU shoes, I would suggest buying from a TRUSTWORTHY third-party such as Hot Topic. Otherwise, don't bother wasting your time and money... I ordered 2 pairs of the Monster High boots. I accidently ordered 1 pair in the wrong size so I tried calling them but no answer.
I did my due diligence, as a conscious consumer, when yru shoes was brand new, providing what was essentially blank canvases to customize yourself. It's a front. The concept behind yru is an arrogant condescension: why are you even here??
YRU has never been the brand known for quality. I have a pair of their regular platforms and the sole came off after like five wears to the club Edit/ hit send to early. I meant to add that their customer service was great and refunded me (also gave me the option for a full website credit).
I like the different designs that yru have compared to demonia. But I'm unsure how well yru shoes wear. I'm mostly looking at platforms similar style to the demonia swings, I really like the look of the dunes.
