Every single YRU review I see is either thrilled 5 stars or horrible 1 star experiences. The problems run the gamut - incorrect sizing, poor construction, shoes falling apart or having holes, credit card charges, endless shipping delays, customer service refusing to respond, refusal to replace or exchange products, etc.
I did my due diligence, as a conscious consumer, when yru shoes was brand new, providing what was essentially blank canvases to customize yourself. It's a front. The concept behind yru is an arrogant condescension: why are you even here??
That’s so weird… the pictures contradict themselves in the listing. In the third picture on this post, the top left shoe shows the stripes wrapping around the toe like Frankie’s actual shoes. The picture top right and bottom show the stripes being horizontal like in the video.
YRU immediately deleted my comment and BLOCKED ME. No wonder you never see negative reviews of them on social media. While investigating I also discovered several of their 'new styles' are just fast fashion ripoffs of brands like GCDS.
