Hinako is the traitor. As Sara gets to Floor 5 in Chapter 3, she is seen with pictures of certain deaths from around the game. (Examples of these would be Joe, Nao, etc.) And in one of those photos is a girl with black hair, wearing the same uniform as Hinako.

The Joe that died in Chapter 1 wasn’t actually the real Joe Tazuna, but someone else. We’ll refer to this person pretending to be Joe as “Muku-Joe Ikusaba.” There’s no definitive proof of Joe-ko or Muku-Joe, but it’s more likely than Gin.
