In my experience Yone is a pretty difficult matchup for Urgot, particularly because there's no good way for Urgot to get on top of Yone and actually stick to him. In my matches VS Yone where I felt emasculated and wanted to crawl into the fetal position and suck my thumb under my turret, he did the following things to me:

Try to abuse Urgot before the Level 9 and the Cleaver powerspike. You're really strong early on with LT. Bait out his E with your E and try to move around a lot with Q3 so that he can miss E or R.
