17 maj 2023 · HP smart app on my PC sees the ink levels, but I cannot scan from my PC anymore. I have been able to scan for years on this computer and printer. The printer and computer are both on the same wifi network. I can scan and print to the same printer from my iphone using the HP smart app.
Try opening a website to see if the internet connection is working properly. If Wi-Fi is slow or intermittent, restart the router by disconnecting the power cord, waiting 15 seconds, and then reconnecting the cord.
