25 lip 2022 · If a summary page displays, Web Services is already on. If a setup page displays, Select Enable and it will enable web services. If it is already enabled then please disable it once and then enable the web services on the printer to refresh the network and it will try to connect to HP Cloud.
5 maj 2024 · I had no idea an Internet connection was needed to make this printer work. The box does mention the need for a connection, but not that without it you just can't print. Anyway, I installed the printer through LAN (without HP Smart) and it worked great for a few days.
11 gru 2020 · When i try on HP smart to access advanced settings to establish a network, it asks for user and password, do not have this information, how do i reset this to default? I have been trying for more than 3 hours to solve this and nothing.
When I reset the network settings on the printer, I followed the prompts in the HP Smart app to add the printer again. I went through all the steps until I got to a screen that said "Cannot connect to server" (screenshot attached).
