YAESU provides identification names with the WIRES-X nodes. For each node, a DTMF ID (5-digit number) and user ID (alphanumeric characters consisting of up to 10 digits) are provided. If you know the ID of the node you want to connect with, you can transmit the DTMF
the APRS screen. Please refer to “Setting Clock Time” (FT3DR/DE Operating Manual) on how to set the time. 1 Press and hold the [DISP] key → Touch [APRS] → [21 GPS TIME SET]. 2 Turn the DIAL to select “MANUAL”. 3 Press the PTT. The GPS clock will be set to MANUAL and the set mode will be cancelled.
