2 lis 2022 · While streaming Xfinity on a Mac through a web browser, I am unable to get any video, whether I am viewing live programming or recorded programming. Audio plays but no video. This problem just started last week; I have been streaming successfully for years with no problems.

If the Xfinity Stream app is not responding or crashing, you should: Make sure you’re on the latest version by visiting your device’s app store and checking for updates. If you’re on the latest version, try restarting your device. If you’re still experiencing issues, try logging out and logging back in to the app.

30 paź 2024 · I always used to watch my Ignite recorded shows on my computer. with the change to Xfinity, the link does not work, and yes I've tried incognito mode both in Chrome and Safari. I can't post the link that is provided on the Rogers website. grrrr

It seems to get stuck on the display showing a black screen with the apple emblem with tv+ forever. All other apps work on X1 including Peacock, Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Youtube, HBO Max, Paramount+, etc without issue ...
