22 wrz 2023 · Streaming Apps on main X1 box don't work but work on all other boxes. The problem Started on Friday. I Have had 3 Tech Support Chats and 2 tech support phone calls with no results.
29 sty 2022 · If I try to watch via the app in the Infinity X1 apps menu, it constantly freezes and crashes. Interestingly, the service seems to work just fine if I'm watching on a smart TV which has a direct internet connection and a version of the app loaded into the TV itself, so I can sidestep the cable box entirely.
22 lut 2023 · No matter what I've tried or done, my chat/assistant WILL NOT work. I've tried different browsers, different devices, all the xfinity apps, I've cleared the cache, I've Un-installed & reinstalled everything.
