22 wrz 2023 · Streaming Apps on main X1 box don't work but work on all other boxes. The problem Started on Friday. I Have had 3 Tech Support Chats and 2 tech support phone calls with no results.
3 lis 2024 · Start Here. Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.

22 lut 2023 · The chat within the app would show 3 dots as if its loading and then just showed a blank screen. After trying numerous solutions, I was able to find one that worked for me. The issue was the Samsung Internet being set as the default browser on my phone.
