15 wrz 2023 · I have synced the DVR that is attached to the cable box and it did not solve the problem. I have not seen anything on the xfinity streaming app that will allow me to sync from the app. The dvr on the xfinity streaming app only shows the most recent recordings as in the last 7 days or so.
If the Xfinity Stream app is not responding or crashing, you should: Make sure you’re on the latest version by visiting your device’s app store and checking for updates. If you’re on the latest version, try restarting your device. If you’re still experiencing issues, try logging out and logging back in to the app.
One-way camera sound is supported on the Xfinity app, Xfinity Home app, and on X1. Please note that video recorded before turning on Camera Sound won't have sound. Your Privacy Matters — Camera microphones are turned off until you turn on Camera Sound.
6 mar 2021 · We are working on a solution which will allow with Customer Owned and Managed (COAM) devices to have access to their Cameras through the Xfinity App. This will provide the same experience as customers who have a leaded xFi Gateway, including the ability to turn on Camera Motion Notifications.
6 mar 2024 · If the Xfinity Stream app is not working, it could be due to a corrupted app, network issue or the servers are down. These fixes will help.
3 lis 2024 · Start Here. Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.
13 wrz 2020 · My camera is working in my app, but not touchscreen. It did at one time. I have rebooted, done firmware, rebooted the xfinity router, unplugged the camera and plugged it in again.
