3 lis 2024 · Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.

14 cze 2022 · So, the actual connecting "portal" is present & working for YouTube TV via Xfinity's Flex software, it's just the clickable icon to enter this portal that is missing from the start-up menu (and I've repeatedly gone through ALL icons).
20 gru 2021 · While using the YouTube TV app, I'm receiving a error message ("Sorry this is not working..... APPS-04154) that flashes on the screen leaving me with a blank screen or it takes back to home screen. The only way to resume watching YouTube TV is for me is to restart the Flex device.
19 cze 2019 · If you're having issues navigating in the YouTube app on your X1 TV Box, try exiting the YouTube app and relaunching it. If you're still having issues navigating, try powercycling your X1 TV Box.
27 paź 2024 · A few tips that may help: 1. Sign out of the Xfinity Stream App, then log back in. 2. Delete the Stream App channel, then re-install it. This will require you to sign in again. 3. Perform a Modem Refresh using the Xfinity App. If you have X1 cable boxes, a System refresh on the main cable box is also recommended.
