It seems to get stuck on the display showing a black screen with the apple emblem with tv+ forever. All other apps work on X1 including Peacock, Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Youtube, HBO Max, Paramount+, etc without issue ...
7 paź 2023 · I talked with tech support yesterday and they told me that the senior advisors said the Apple Tv+ app is not working on Samsung, Roku and Brava Tv's. Looking at some of the other chats in the community it looks like there's a bigger problem with the Apple app.

7 paź 2023 · Thanks for reaching out about AppleTV+ not playing videos as it should. We are happy to help and will get this figured out. I checked and do not see this as a known issue. Have you tried to Clear Locally Stored Data From Your X1 or Flex Streaming TV Box and then accessed the app again?
