13 paź 2022 · I have isolated it to the following (having exhausted all browsers, settings, cables +). It works perfectly on my new macbook air m2, BUT when I add an extended monitor, that's when audio only, no video is experienced. I'm using the J5 Create docking station with HDMI ports.
3 lis 2024 · Start Here. Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.

26 wrz 2021 · If I go to xfinity.com/stream, I get a message that reads "now connecting to your entertainment experience" (or something close to that). However, it just gets stuck on that message and never connects. Some comments on the Xfinity discussion group suggest that its because of macOS Big Sur.
