26 lip 2022 · If you cannot sign in to the Apple TV app you should try restarting the television or device by disconnecting it from the power source and plugging it back into the socket. Can you try those steps to see if they work?
16 kwi 2023 · I've tried a dozen times or so over the past several weeks and the AppleTV+ app on the X1 platform fails to launch. It seems to get stuck on the display showing a black screen with the apple emblem with tv+ forever. All other apps work on X1 including Peacock, Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Youtube, HBO Max, Paramount+, etc without issue ...
Re-enter the Locks PIN to confirm. Press the Exit key to go back to regular TV viewing. Note: If you forget your Locks PIN, see Manage X1 and Stream PIN Settings Online. Learn to turn parental controls on and off.
26 wrz 2021 · If I go to xfinity.com/stream, I get a message that reads "now connecting to your entertainment experience" (or something close to that). However, it just gets stuck on that message and never connects. Some comments on the Xfinity discussion group suggest that its because of macOS Big Sur.

18 mar 2022 · I can't get the Xfinity AppleTV app to activate on my new 4K TV box. I have tried many times both entering the AppleTV code on the Apple activate website and using the QR link. Neither one works. After attempting to activate, it goes back to the "you were signed out, signin again" screen.
