3 lis 2024 · Start Here. Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer.

20 wrz 2024 · Tech replaced my set top X1 box. Still having same issues. Tech said it was a problem with ESPN. passed the buck. If I hit the ‘C’ on remote and choose a game that is only on ESPN+. I have a better chance of it making the connection. Trying to go thru the ESPN app is a nightmare and very frustrating. Like.
If the Xfinity Stream app is not responding or crashing, you should: Make sure you’re on the latest version by visiting your device’s app store and checking for updates. If you’re on the latest version, try restarting your device. If you’re still experiencing issues, try logging out and logging back in to the app.

16 kwi 2023 · We are not having an issue with any other app that we can access on the X1 boxes, just the Apple TV+ app. So yes, it’s isolated to the Apple TV+ app only. When rebooting the device, refreshing the signal, unplugging and plugging back in, etc. that does nothing to fix it.
7 paź 2023 · UPDATE after several weeks of “Video not Available” requiring Xfinity X1 box 10 minute “refresh” workaround to watch each Apple TV+ program, for last few days, Apple TV+ is once again working properly on Xfinity X1 with no other action on my part. thank you Apple and/or COMCAST XFINITY!
