The Xfinity My Account app can help troubleshoot connectivity issues. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, log in, and run the connectivity test. The app may guide you through steps specific to your account.
22 lut 2024 · For the last few months I have had problems with certain apps across several devices (TV, Android, etc.) not working while on wifi. Some will not open or will take minutes to open. Examples: ESPN app on phone, many, many streaming apps on TV.
3 lis 2024 · Apps not working. Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. YouTube works fine on computer. Question.

4 wrz 2023 · I am not enjoying it. When attempting to access apps via X1, I receive an APPS-01454 error code.
If you can't download the Xfinity app or use the Xfinity Assistant, try troubleshooting on xfinity.com. Visit the Status Center to view your connection status, fix service issues, and check for local Comcast outages. You may be asked to sign in using your Xfinity ID and password.
